All cases of wine purchased directly by consumers from Marius Wines are now backed by our special money back guarantee. You may return the wine for any reason; if you decide that it is not for you or if you do not consider it to be good value for money.

If you purchase a case of wine from us you may, within six weeks of purchase, return an eleven bottle case to us, for any reason, and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

	You may return the wine for any reason, not just because of some perceived fault.
	The wine must have been purchased by you and sent to you direct from Marius Wines within the last six weeks.
	You must notify me, by email or telephone, of your intention to return the case.
	The case must be despatched for return within six weeks of purchase.
	The returned case must contain eleven unopened bottles of wine in 'as received' condition.
	You must use Australia Post as the carrier and pay for the cost of returning the case.
	A cheque for the full purchase price of the case will be mailed to you within 48 hours of the case being received by Marius Wines

Your only liability, or risk, is therefore the cost of returning the case of wine to us. This will normally cost in the range of $10 - $20 but may be a little more from country WA or country QLD. Of course, you will have received a free bottle of wine to offset this cost.
