Marius 2005 Symphony Shiraz

Produced from a very special part of the Marius vineyard the Symphony has a bouquet of plums, cherries, dark chocolate, leather and a hint of violets. The palate is intense with flavours of dark berries, plums, tobacco, spice, chocolate, earth and a hint of coffee while the silky mouthfeel and abundant creamy tannins caress your tongue.  The finish is incredibly long and savoury with perfectly balanced acidity.
